Webhooks

Set webhook_url per batch (API/SDK) or FB_WEBHOOK_URL server-wide. On completion Flightbox POSTs JSON; the text field makes it Slack-ready:

Delivery is best-effort with a 10s timeout; webhook failure never fails a batch.
